This is a 3 hour session that allows our consultants to peform an analysis of your business and then to make meaningful recommendations to help you implement the controls for the standard.
Collaborator Package

A package that offers an entire day’s worth of consultation (upto 7 hours). The program allows the consultant to develop a more indepth appraisal of your business going on to produce a more defined set of directives for you to follow.
What comes in the Remote Consultation Packages?
Each package offers an increasing amount of input from the consultant, for persons who buy one of out DIY ISO solutions, there is a free pathfinder session included. Remote ISO consultation can be carried out over Skype, Team Viewer or Zoom (does not require install of software – browser based).
Many of our customers start off with a pathfinder package and then at a later date choose either an intermediate level consultation or the full day assistance, depending on their confidence level.
Pathfinder Package
BS EN ISO/IEC 17020
ISO 17020 is an ACCREDITED standard, this means that in the UK a certificate can only be issued by UKAS, the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, a government controlled organisation. The key difference with accreditation, as opposed to certification, is that the issuing authority, UKAS, is not a commercial organisation and has no competition, so if you don’t like the service you receive you can’t introduce a competitor. The ISO standard itself is similar to ISO 9001, but with a particular focus on the safeguards necessary to ensure that inspectors give truly independent esukts from their inspections.

Advocate Package

ISO 17020 is not a particularly long or difficult standard, and following a three hour Intermediate Analysis session most people with some background in Management Systems, such as ISO 9001, should be able to produce a compliant management system. During this three hour session we will cover the key requirements of the standard, the organisation structure needed to support it, and the inspection and reporting requirements unique to its implementation.

Again we have tried to keep this Overwatcher session as flexible as possible, leaving it up to you whether you require a single extended tutorial, a lengthy question and answer session where your unique issues can be discussed, or split into two sessions, with the first prior to implementation and the second perhaps to respond to issues raised by the UKAS document review, or prior to the accrditation visit.
